Contest runs from 1PM on May 11th, 2026 until 11:59:59PM June 11th, 2026. (All times Atlantic)

The winner, selected at random from all eligible entries, will be awarded one (1) 11.4l
tub of hard-serve ice cream in the flavour of their choosing.

No purchase necessary. Purchase or payment of any kind will not increase chances of winning.

The contest is open to all people who like and/or share the image posted to the Pete's Dairy 
Bar Facebook page. Employees of Pete's Dairy Bar and their immediate families are not eligible
to win this contest.

The winner must pick up their prize(s), in person (with appropriate identification) at Pete's 
Dairy Bar in St. George, NB. They must collect their prize(s) within one week of drawing.
Failure to do so results in forfeiture and a new drawing may be held. The prize(s) may not
be transferred from the winner to another person(s).

The winners also agree to have their picture(s) taken & posted to the Pete's Dairy Bar 
Facebook page as well at PetesDairyBar.com. Likeness may be used for possible future 
promotional purposes.

If the winner is unable to claim, or declines, the prize another name may be drawn, at
random, from the remaining valid entries.

No cash or other substitutes are permitted.

Contest is open to individuals only. Facebook accounts held by multiple people are not
eligible to win.

Contest may be cancelled at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. 

In the event the contest is cancelled, the prize will not be awarded.
